This started as a re-work of an old concept we were given, they decided to elevate it a little.

One of our first suggestions was to give a different look; something a bit more slick; with a higher budget for operations lets say

In the end, they decided to go for a more degraded look, something cheaply build, almost like a drug base of operations.
